Our story

Rooted in craft.

Fiorise began with Melissa Gan’s lifelong love of baking and a vision for a place where people could pause, connect, and enjoy something made with care.

Founded in Kuala Belait with her partner Ivan, the patisserie brings together French technique, Korean influence, and a distinctive love of floral forms. From the first fold to the final garnish, every piece carries a personal touch.
